The Nagaland Health Protection Society (NHPS) has cautioned empanelled hospitals under the AB PM-JAY/CMHIS schemes with action if the latter is found violating the established guidelines and terms of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed during their empanelment.
In a press release, the NPHS (AB PM-JAY CMHIS), Department of Health and Family Welfare, stated that it has been observed that some empanelled health institutions were not complying with the agreed guidelines and terms.
“This non-compliance has caused significant inconvenience and distress to our beneficiaries, which is a serious concern,” it stated.
