The Nagaland Olympic Association (NOA) has unveiled the official logo of the Nagaland State & Para Games (NSPG) 2026, marking the transition from its former identity as the Nagaland Olympic and Paralympic Games (NOPG).
Built around the motto “Stronger Together”, the new identity brings together sport, inclusivity, Naga heritage and the collective strength of Nagaland’s 17 districts.
The central element of the logo is a flame and torch, symbolising unity, aspiration, progress and the spirit of sport. Surrounding the torch are dynamic figures representing athletes from different sporting disciplines, including a para-athlete in a wheelchair.
According to the NOA, the inclusion of the para-athlete represents the Games’ commitment to inclusivity and equality, while highlighting the diverse sporting talent being brought together through the event.
The circular form of the logo symbolises unity, community and the coming together of athletes and contingents from all districts. Traditional Naga-inspired geometric motifs have also been incorporated to connect the sporting event with Nagaland’s cultural heritage and identity.
The colour palette has been designed to convey different aspects of the Games. Naga Red represents courage, energy and passion; Hills Blue signifies tradition, stability and trust; Sun Yellow represents aspiration, optimism and progress; Earth Green symbolises nature, growth and resilience; Unity Purple reflects inclusivity, diversity and strength; while Flame Orange represents spirit, movement and achievement.

The NOA said the colours collectively represent the diversity of sports, energy of competition and the spirit of the 17 district contingents.
The theme “Stronger Together” is reflected throughout the visual identity, representing athletes, districts, sports and communities coming together through competition.
The NSPG 2026 will be held from November 2 to 14 in Chümoukedima and Dimapur, with representatives from all 17 districts of Nagaland expected to participate. The new logo will serve as the official visual identity of the Games across communication, promotional and event-related platforms.
The logo was designed by Süngtirong Imchen, Creative Director of KAKI Marketing.
