Noklak: Noklak District Task Force on Covid-19 meeting was held at DC Conference Hall Noklak on 1st August 2022 under the Chairmanship of Deputy Commissioner, Noklak Hiazu Meru.

During the meeting, Hiazu Meru highlighted the present status and scenario of COVID-19 in Nagaland. DC shared the importance of COVID-19 vaccination in the district and emphasized awareness generation on a mass scale on COVID-19 and requested all the members to work the extra mile in the fight against COVID-19.

Chief Medical Officer, Noklak Dr. Victor NC informed the house of the COVID-19 vaccination status in the district. CMO encouraged the citizens to come forward for COVID-19 testing who have Influenza-like illness. Dr. Victor also shared about the Monkeypox pandemic which is spreading at an alarming rate.

The meeting discussed surveying various levels regarding vaccination and other logistics available with the medical department.
