The NSCN/GPRN has warned of stern action against any member found involved in any electoral malpractices during the ensuing ULB elections in Nagaland.

In a press release issued on June 22, the Ministry of Information and Publicity (MIP), NSCN/GPRN for smooth conduct of the ULB elections where it stated, “In view of the ULB election that is soon to be held, let the election be done with strong democratic process where there is freedom and fairness without any intimidation.”

“No members of National Socialist Council of Nagalim(NSCN) should be involved in any manner whatsoever. If any NSCN member is found supporting electoral malpractice or involved in the election, GPRN will take stern action,” it added.
