The NSCN (IM) has categorically clarified that it has no association with the four individuals reportedly detained by the Indian security forces on July 14 in Sharkaphung (Litan Police Station) area.

The individuals are Wungphayo Kasar, age 24, s/o Yurthan Kasar; AS Ninglum, age 29, s/o AS Hopeson; Yaoreingam Lungleng, age 24, s/o Makanmi Lungleng; and Vareiyo Lungleng, age 56, s/o Tuifa Lungleng.

None of the persons named above are members, associates, or representatives of the organization, it said.
