The Deputy Commissioner of Niuland has notified that a meeting has been convened for all elected candidates of Niuland Town Council on July 4 at 11:00 AM at DC’s Conference Hall, Niuland wherein, the Oath of Affirmation will be administered to all the elected members of Niuland Town Council in accordance with Section 60 A of the Nagaland Municipal Act, 2003 as per the format.

After which the election of Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson as per Section 12 (3) and 23 of the Nagaland Municipal Act, 2003 will be held for Niuland Town Council.

Therefore, all the elected members of Niuland Town Council has been requested to attend the meeting positively.
