Orientation programme for Ayushman Student Coverage Mission held at Longleng

An orientation programme for implementation of 100 Days Ayushman Student Coverage Mission under PM-JAY and CHMIS registration and card generation in educational institutions was convened at CMO Conference Hall, Longleng on May 16.

During the program, Dr Lanuakum, Medical Superintendent, District Hospital Longleng in his keynote address welcomed the participants and stress on the Nagaland Health Protection Society (NHPS) in collaboration with the District Administration in implementing the 100 Days Ayushman Student Coverage Mission and emphasized the importance of coordination among the departments and the Educational Institutions for successful implementation of the mission for maximum student coverage under PM-JAY and CHMIS in the district.

The program was conducted by Chingpai B Phom DPC, NHPS and presented the modalities of the 100 days mission along with L. Longjei Phom PMAM, District Hospital, Longleng focussing on the number of students for card generation and preparation of schedules for school and college visit, ensuring timely registration under PM-JAY and CHMIS for the scheme benefits.

The program concluded with active participation and valuable suggesting from all the attendees. It was attended by Dr. Lanuakum Medical Superintendent DH, Longleng, Dr. Temsusashi DTO and representatives from 15 schools and staff concerned.
