Peren to conduct physical verification of pensioners from October 12

The Office of the Senior Treasury Officer, Peren, has informed all pensioners drawing monthly pension from the Senior Treasury Office, Peren, that the Annual Physical Verification of Pensioners for 2026 would be conducted circle-wise from October 12 to 14, 2026, at the Treasury Office, Peren.

As per the verification schedule, pensioners belonging to Tening Circle will undergo verification on October 12, while pensioners from Jalukie, Ngwalwa and Athibung Circles will be verified on October 13. Pensioners from Peren Circle would be verified on October 14.

Pensioners attending the verification have been directed to produce a certified copy of the Life Certificate, Pensioner ID Card, photocopy of Aadhaar Card, photocopy of Bank Passbook and two passport-size photographs. In cases of mismatch in the name/date of birth between the Aadhaar Card and PPO Book, the concerned pensioner is required to produce the Birth Certificate as per PPO and an Affidavit for Declaration of Name issued by a first class Magistrate, as applicable.

The Treasury Office further clarified that pensioners who have registered in the Jeevan Pramaan Portal, generated a Digital Life Certificate and successfully mapped it with the Pension Payment Application will be exempted from the upcoming physical verification.

It also appealed to all concerned pensioners to take note of the schedule and complete the required verification formalities accordingly.

PFUTSERO:

The Sub-Treasury Officer, Pfutsero, Phek, Kikrusebi Senotsu has informed pensioners drawing pension from Sub-treasury Pfutsero that CTR368 the annual physical verification for the current year 2026-2027 would be conducted from October 7 to 9 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. as scheduled below:

October 7: life pensioners Sl.No.1-200 & family pensioners Sl.No.1-50.

October 8: Sl. No 201- 400 and Sl. No. 51-250

October 9: Sl. no. 401 and above & Sl. No. 251and above.

All pensioners have been encouraged to register in the Jeevan Preman App to submit digital life certificate (DLC). Pensioners whose details are successfully mapped from Jeevan Preman App to Treasury Net application and digital life certificate being generated are exempted from producing life and family verification form and physical verification.

There would be no extension of verification beyond the stipulated time and no further payment of pension shall be entertained for unverified pensioners. The pensioners have been requested to produce PPO Book, Life/Family verification certificate (verified by gazettes officer), photocopy of Aadhar, Passport, Bank Passbook and Renewed Pension ID.
