Deputy Commissioner and vice chairman DPDB Phek, Razouvolie Dozo, NCS the new members- Nchumthung Ezung SDO (C) Chizami and Vizenuo Pienyu, BDO Chizami.

The Board reviewed the last meeting minutes, followed by a discussion of the new agenda for the Registration of Suhuto Kro society, for which the house agreed to recommend the matter to the government for approval.

In the meeting, Weche-u Kapfo, senior Fishery Inspector gave power point presentation on the developmental activities being undertaken in the Phek district by the Department of Fishery.

The meeting deliberated on the forthcoming celebration of Independence Day where SDO (C) Hq. Samuel Thyug had informed the respective department officers to take their responsibilities without fail.

SDO (c) Samuel also requested the Agri & Allied Department officers to give their valuable time to put up grand exhibition stalls on the occasion.

Regarding the PowerPoint presentation to be presented in the next meeting, the DC entrusted the Dept of PWD (Housing) and Social Welfare.
