The 1st social gathering of 2024 for Phezoucha Rhüba (Colony) took place at the 4th NAP Ground in Phezoucha on November 15 organised by the Phezoucha Rhüba Council.
Special Guest Dr. Kekhrielhoulie Yhome, Advisor for School Education and SCERT, in his short speech highlighted that the colony has a population of 2,204 residents across 1,081 households, representing diverse backgrounds. He expressed his joy at witnessing people come together in unity and harmony. He expressed hope that the people will continue to support each other and carry forward and show good example to other colonies .
Kekhrielelie Tsiekha, Phezoucha Rhüba President spoke the need for people from diverse backgrounds to come together to form this colony. He highlighted that it is one of the largest colonies in Kohima, where residents from various tribes, villages, and districts collaborate in friendship. Tsiekha noted that this gathering offers a chance to strengthen connections, promoting unity and a common vision for a brighter future.

The event began with a blessing from Pastor Bendangtemsü of the New Capital Baptist Church in Phezoucha.
Following the opening, attendees enjoyed a Penalty Shootout (Men/Women) and Tug of War (Men/Women) and lucky draw.
