One-day Professional Learning Community (PLC) training for subject committee members (SCMs) under NECTAR, the lighthouse was successful conducted at Yampha village community hall, Bhandari on 28th April 2026.

Y Thungdemo Humtsoe, coordinator EBRC Bhandari was the resource person during the programme, He highlighted the purpose and vision of PLC, online learning and the new lesson plan format in line with National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.

He also stressed that digital competencies are essential for teachers and students as they involve the ability to find evaluate, create and communicate Information effectively using digital tools.

More than 20 SCMs from the various schools attended the Training.
