To commemorate the 75th year of Indian independence, Mokokchung district led by Deputy Commissioner of Mokokchung, Shashank Pratap Singh, IAS, participated in the Prabhat Pheri (Morning Procession/Walks) under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign at Mokokchung on 12 August 2022.

The heads of officers under Mokokchung District participated in the procession. The walk started from Imkongmeren Sports Complex Mokokchung and culminated at the Deputy Commissioner’s residence.
