Rio receives Enumeration Form as part of SIR exercise

As part of the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of Electoral Rolls, 2026, the Supervisor and Booth Level Officer (BLO) of Polling Station No. 11/5 handed over the Enumeration Form to the Chief Minister of Nagaland, Dr. Neiphiu Rio, at his Chief Minister’s Residential Complex (CMRC), Kohima, on August 17.

The exercise forms part of the ongoing electoral enumeration process being undertaken by the Election Department across the state to ensure the updation and verification of electoral records.

The SIR process involves house-to-house verification and distribution/collection of Enumeration Forms by BLOs under the supervision of designated officials. The exercise is aimed at ensuring that the electoral roll remains accurate, updated and inclusive.
