As Artificial Intelligence continues to redefine academic paradigms, Christian Higher Secondary School (CHSS), Dimapur, partnered with instudia to host a comprehensive three-day seminar on AI integration on May 25, June 1 and 2. The intensive program focused specifically on how AI technologies can be leveraged for impactful learning across Commerce and Arts streams.
The seminar aimed to demystify AI for students and educators, moving beyond general concepts to showcase practical, stream-specific applications that enhance critical thinking, research capabilities, and vocational readiness.
Daniel Changkija, Director of instudia, opened the seminar by emphasizing the critical need for interdisciplinary tech literacy. He noted that AI is reshaping every professional sector, making it vital for students in both humanities and business domains to build digital competency early. He reiterated instudia’s commitment to empowering local institutions in Dimapur with the skills required to thrive in a technology-driven future.

The technical and practical sessions were led by resource person Vishal Bardewa, who shared deep insights into tailored AI applications for both academic paths.
For Commerce students, Bardewa demonstrated how AI tools can be used for rapid data analysis, market trend forecasting, automating basic accounting frameworks, and understanding predictive financial models.
For Arts students, the sessions focused on utilizing AI as a collaborative tool for deep literature research, historical archiving, language learning, and enhancing creative writing workflows without losing human authenticity.
Throughout the three-day event, Bardewa emphasized that AI is not a replacement for human creativity or analytical thought, but a powerful co-pilot designed to accelerate comprehension and broaden the scope of student research.
