The fourth day of the ongoing 31st Loyem Memorial Trophy 2023 witnessed an exciting league match played between Son Kuk Laang Football Club and Nyaklangbou Youth fellowship,wherein the underdogs opened the scoring with a spectacular run from Nyaklangbou fellowship front man Chongshen finding the net.
To the dismay of Nyaklangbou fellowship, their defender conceded a handball which led to penalty being awarded in favour of Son Kuk Laang FC,which was converted to a goal by Ayen of Son Kuk Laang FC. Before the half time mark another goal from Nyaklangbou fellowship making the score 2-1 in their favour.

The second half started with a more energetic chase from the Son Kuk Laang FC. In the 70th minutes, Ayen scored a beautiful header to tie the match.The resilient Nyaklangbou Fellowship made all efforts to defend but another goal from Ayen ended the match in 3 – 2 win for Son Kuk Laang FC.
The second match played between Tiaren Football Club and Kuthur Football Club started with an early own goal from Kuthur FC defence.The Kuthur FC tried everything to come back,scoring a goal in the dying minutes of the game. However, the Tiaren FC defence gave no space to their opponents and the match ended with the scoreline of 3 – 1 in favour of Tiaren FC.
