Lok Sabha MP, S Supongmeren Jamir, along with Deputy Commissioner Dharam Raj, IAS, and other officials, inspected the landslide-affected area along National Highway-702A at New Colony, Zunheboto on August 20.

During the visit, the MP interacted with families affected by the landslide and took stock of the situation and the difficulties faced by the residents. He assured the affected families of extending all possible assistance and support from his side.

The MP also inspected the affected stretch of the highway and discussed the situation with the accompanying officials, emphasizing the need for appropriate measures to address the situation and ensure the safety of the affected residents and commuters.
