Chümoukedima is set to host “The Big Laugh,” a landmark comedy event, on 29 November 2024, at the Agri Expo, 4th Mile. The event, scheduled to begin at 5:00 PM, will feature internationally renowned comedy group Mark Angel Comedy from Nigeria alongside Nagaland’s acclaimed comedy troupe, Dreamz Unlimited.

The event was earlier scheduled to be held on 26th October 2024 but had to be postponed due to visa delays for several of the international artists.

Mark Angel Comedy, known for their family-friendly humor and relatable skits, has amassed over 34 million followers and 2.5 billion views across social media platforms. Their live performance in Nagaland will showcase their signature humor, appealing to audiences of all ages. Dreamz Unlimited, Nagaland’s leading comedy group, will bring their unique style of humor, incorporating local culture and social themes through live skits and improv acts.

“The Big Laugh” will also include musical performances by local artists and DJs such as African Amakishiu, J Polland, Juztino, Savizo, Agukath, J. ME, DJ Sana, Anonymous Jamir, and DJ Ina. These acts aim to create a comprehensive entertainment experience for attendees.

The event will be hosted by Boss Meren, known for his energetic stage presence. Tickets are available online at www.ahibi.in and select physical outlets in Dimapur and Chümoukedima. Ticket prices are ₹500 for General Admission and ₹5,000 for VIP Admission. An early bird discount is available for the first 200 tickets purchased online, and a social media giveaway offers a chance to win VIP tickets.
