In accordance with notifications from the Land Revenue Department of the Government of Nagaland, a significant step has been taken for the efficient management and maintenance of Government Land holdings by various Government Departments and private individuals within the cadastral areas of Tseminyu Town, DIPR informed.
Deputy Commissioner of Tseminyu, Dr Tinojongshi Chang, has issued an official notification announcing the issuance of patta pass-books to all allottees, whether they are government entities or private individuals and organizations. This issuance will be facilitated upon the submission of the existing allotment order.
Government Departments operating within the district, which possess physical structures located on allotted Government Land, and private individuals who have been granted land allotments are required to submit their applications, allotment orders, and supporting documents to the Deputy Commissioner’s office in Tseminyu with immediate effect.
It is essential to note that the patta pass-books will only be issued after a thorough physical verification of the site by technical personnel from the Land Record and Survey Office, in coordination with the District Administration of Tseminyu.
