The Western Chakhesang Hoho (WCH) has congratulated Veyisalü Dozo, daughter of Vepozo Dozo, on her outstanding achievement in securing a Gold Medal at the 2nd Meghalaya Open Taekwondo Championship held in Shillong on May 16–17.

The Hoho also commended the Nagaland Taekwondo Association and its officials for their impressive performance at the same event and for bringing laurels to the state. The remarkable achievements of the Nagaland contingent, of which Dozo was also a proud member, reflect the growing strength and excellence of Taekwondo in the state, it stated.

Stating that her remarkable accomplishment has brought immense pride and honour not only to the community but also to the state as a whole, the WCH said through her dedication, discipline, perseverance, and sporting excellence, Dozo has emerged as an inspiring role model for the younger generation and a source of encouragement for aspiring martial artists across the region.

The Hoho recognized this achievement as a significant milestone that reflects the strength of determination and the spirit of excellence upheld by the youth of the community.

The Hoho further prayed that the Almighty God bless her abundantly, grant her wisdom and strength, and guide her toward even greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
