The Western Chakhesang Hoho (WCH) successfully held its General Assembly on August 24, 2024, at the Western Chakhesang Hoho Building, Chakhesang Colony, Dimapur, informed a press release by the Press Secretary WCH.

The assembly was attended by WCH Office Bearers led by President Dr. Chisoi Khusoh, Advisory Board members, Customary Mediation Board members , Chairmen/Presidents of all units, and President of frontal organizations under WCH, including the Western Chakhesang Mother’s Association, Western Chakhesang Youth Organisation, Western Chakhesang Students Union, and Western Chakhesang Business Association.

Pretso Therie, Vice-President of WCH, presided over the meeting, which commenced with an invocation prayer by Yetshulhi Ngatsü, also a Vice-President of WCH. Dr. Chisoi Khusoh presented the agenda and invited participants to engage in discussions.

The Assembly deliberated on several key agendas at length and adopted several resolutions. The resolutions adopted by the Assembly aim to address pressing issues and promote the overall development of the community and Nagas at large.

The Western Chakhesang Hoho reaffirmed its dedication to serving the best interests of the community and working towards a brighter future for all Nagas. The organization extended Its gratitude to all participants and stakeholders for their active engagement and support.
