The Thilixu Village Council and GBs have clarified that Kughato Yeptho who allegedly murdered his wife on 9th February 2025 at Swu Apartment, Thilixu village “is not a permanent or temporary resident of Thilixu village”.

In a press release, the Thilixu VC strongly condemned the act as “horrific and heinous” and stated that the accused has no place to live in the civilized society. It also said that Yeptho deserves highest punishment, and appealed for meticulously investigation and highest punishment to the culprit.

Further, the Thilixu Village Council also strongly warned that in the future if any person whether permanent or outsiders committing such heinous offence within the village jurisdiction the Village Council would take strong action.
