The 58th Seiyhama Youth and Sports Organisation (SYSO) Sports Meet began at Seiyhama Local Ground on December 27.
Rev. Dr. Kevichalie Metha, Pastor, Peraciezie Baptist Church graced the opening ceremony as the special guest and Neivolie Sopfünuo, former President, SYSO as guest of honor.
Metha in his speech acknowledged God for the wonderful day and encouraged the player to keep God above all things and set a goal and focus on it.
He advised the players that above all affiliations and circumstances to always remember to praise God at any situations.
The programme was chaired by Seyievilie Sopfünuo, Vice president, SYSO, invocation prayer was said by Neizolie Sopfünuo, Pastor, CRC Seiyhama.

Earlier welcome address was delivered by Medozelie Theünuo, President, special song was presented by Ketouzo Sopfünuo. Oath taking was administered by Zhasalie Metha, games and sport secretary.
The sports meet will conclude on December 30. The Teams (colony) for the meet are: VK, Vishiezou, Basa, Bawe, Seiyhaphesa and Rüleizou playing for Football (mens), Volleyball (mens and women), high jump, 100m, 200m, 800m, 3000m and relay race.
