A special camp was conducted across polling stations in Kiphire district as part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of Electoral Rolls, 2026, to facilitate eligible citizens in verifying their details and completing the enrolment process.

Assistant Election Officer (AEO), Aben Yanthan, along with election officials visited various polling stations during the camp and emphasised the message, “No Elector Should Be Left Behind.” He urged all eligible citizens to ensure that their names are included in the electoral roll.

He further informed that electors whose names do not appear in the draft electoral roll published under SIR 2026 should apply for enrolment by submitting Form 6 along with the prescribed Declaration Form before the final publication of the electoral roll.

The initiative aims to ensure the inclusion of all eligible citizens in the electoral roll and strengthen the electoral registration process in the district.
