In a sincere tribute to a dedicated member of their community, the Ao Students’ Conference (AKM) and schools across Mokokchung District paid their respects to the late Imnayachet Mollier, the Social and Culture Secretary of AKM, who tragically passed away on the 4th October 2023, in a road accident while on official duty.
Imnayachet Mollier’s unwavering commitment to AKM and his passion for promoting true values within the community were acknowledged by AKM in a press release which stated, “His dedication and passion for our organization were truly unmatched, and his loss leaves a void that can never be filled.” Mollier’s contributions have left an indelible impact on the AKM and the community it serves.
In remembrance of his valuable contributions, schools and educational institutions under the jurisdiction of Mokokchung District have been called upon to observe one minute of silence during their morning chapel/assembly on the 5th October, 2023, as a mark of respect and remembrance for the late Imnayachet Mollier.
The news of Mollier’s passing also reached the Government of Nagaland’s Office of the District Education Officer, Mokokchung. In response, the District Education Officer, Sentinenla issued a notice requesting all government and private schools under Mokokchung District to participate in this moment of remembrance.
