Food and Music Festival at Kisama on November 24 and 25

A two-day “Food and Music Festival” leading up to the Hornbill Festival is scheduled to take place on November 24 and 25 at Kisama. The event will be organised by the Tourism Department and imagi.Nation.

During a press conference held at Ura Hotel on Raj Bhavan Rd, the Managing Director of Imgi.Nation, Elivino Seleyi, described the festival as a unique event featuring live music, food stalls, a Kids Carnival, art installations, a book corner, a photobooth, a lovers lock, and more. The festival is set to run from 10 am to 10 pm each day and welcomes all to come and enjoy the festivities.

The program is set to begin on November 24 at 1 pm, with live performances by local artists from various genres. Additionally, food stalls featuring authentic dishes from specific tribes including Angami, Ao, Sema, Lotha, and Chakesang will be available. The entry for the festival will be charged at Rs. 50 per person.

The press conference was attended by Deputy Director of Tourism, Toka Tuccumi, Imagi.Nation Business Coordinator Kezha, and HR Chiset Zeliang.
