The Chief Minister of Nagaland Neiphiu Rio, on Tuesday, called on Hardeep Singh Puri, Union Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs, and Petroleum and Natural Gas and Smriti Z. Irani, Union Minister for Women and Child Development and Ministry of Minority Affairs.

Tweeting on social media platform X, formerly Twitter,  Rio mentioned that a fruitful discussion pertaining to matters of urban development in the State was deliberated with Puri.

On the meeting with Irani, Rio tweeted, “A pleasure to call on Smt. Smriti Z. Irani @smritiirani, Hon’ble Union Minister for @MinistryWCD and @MOMAIndia along with Shri Imkongmar, Advisor, Minority Affairs and Sericulture. We discussed matters related to women development and upliftment of minorities.”
