Wasang FC, New Ecclesia FC, and Revenant FC secured victories against Terokroker FC, Senso FC, and Trebuchet FC, respectively, during their weekly Mokokchung Football League encounter at the Imkongmeren Sports Complex on 6th April 2023.

In the first match of the day, Wasang FC’s Tsupongtsuba found the back of the net in the 10th minute, which proved to be the only goal of the game against Terokroker FC, resulting in a 1-0 victory for Wasang FC as the latter failed to score any goals.

The second match of the day witnessed New Ecclesia FC defeating Senso FC with a score of 2-0. Moatemsu Jamir from New Ecclesia FC scored a brace in the 45th and 50th minutes of the game, securing the win for New Ecclesia FC.

In the third and final match of the day, four-time defending champion Revenant FC continued their winning streak with a 1-0 victory over Trebuchet FC. Rongsenchiba scored the lone goal for Revenant FC in the 8th minute. Despite Trebuchet FC’s efforts to counter, they were unable to prevent Revenant FC from securing the win.
