The District Administration of Wokha organised a one-day Agripreneurship workshop at Sanis Multipurpose Hall, Wokha on Friday under the Nasha Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan. The event was hosted in collaboration with the ICAR Research Complex for NEH Region, Nagaland Centre and ICAR-KVK, Wokha.
The workshop was attended by a total of 55 young participants from the Sanis area who received valuable insights into sustainable agricultural practices and business opportunities. The workshop further highlighted on agripreneurship schemes, opportunities available for youth and emphasised on the importance of a drug-free, healthier, and happier society in Wokha District.

Sanis, L. Samuel, SDO (C) extended his appreciation and welcomed the resource persons from various departments for their participation.
Esteemed speakers included Dr. Aabon W. Yanthan, Scientist (Horticulture Vegetable Science) and In-charge of the Agri-Business Incubation (ABI) Centre, Nagaland, Moaakum Pongen, CTO, ICAR-KVK, Wokha, Anuranjan Singh, Project Manager at Shishoi Oshom-ETF Cell, Wokha, Achio Kikon, District Manager, CSC e-Governance Services India Ltd., Wokha; and a representative from the Medical Department.
