The Deputy Commissioner, Mokokchung, Thsuvisie Phoji has issued a restriction order along the NH 702D Mokokchung to Mariani road.

In view of the poor bearing capacity of the sub – grade of NH 702D (Mokokchung to Mariani) and until its upgradation to 2-Lane NH, the order stated, there will be a restriction on plying of overloaded trucks/dumper carrying wet sand along the said stretch of the highway w.e.f the issue of the order until further notice.
