In pursuance of the notification issued by the Home Department, General Administration Branch-1 Government of Nagaland, a Mass Social work will be conducted in all parts of Kohima on November 22 (Friday) from 6:00 AM onwards in order to clean/clear all roads and drains in Kohima.
The Mass social work shall involve all Government Offices in Kohima along with the Kohima Municipal Council (KMC) and Kohima Chamber of Commerce & Industries (KCCI) Kohima, informed a notification by the Deputy Commissioner of Kohima.

In this regard:
- All citizens of Kohima shall involve in the cleaning of the respective Wards. (In-charge: Respective Ward Councilors)
- KCCI shall ensure cleaning, whitewashing, decoration/beautification of all shops/business establishments, besides the allotted stretch of road for cleaning. (In-charge: President, KCCI)
All concerned offices, departments, organizations and citizens of Kohima, has been requested to cooperate and actively participate in the social work. The notification further informed that Rhosietho Nguori, ADC Kohima shall be the over all in charge (9612581203).
