Solar street lights were installed at Doyang Liphanyan Bridge, the longest bridge in Nagaland, 15 January 2025. To mark the occasion, a short formal dedication service was held at the bridge.

The Ralan Area Lotha Hoho (RALH) informed that the lights were installed under the initiative of Dr Yanbemo Ovung, Senior Pastor, Lotha Baptist Church, Dimapur with the vision to beautify the bridge. Dr Ovung and the Stone Crushers Union, Liphanyan, contributed toward the initiative by installing ten solar street lights and poles, giving an ecstatic look to the bridge.

The dedication program was attended by Ralan Area Lotha Hoho (RALH), Nagaland Foothill Road Coordination Committee (NFRCC) members, village councils from Liphanyan and neighboring villages, church pastors, and members, the RALH informed.
