BJP Nagaland Media team holds introductory cum consultative meet

The Media Team of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Nagaland held an Introductory-cum-Consultative Meeting  at the Party Head Office in Kohima today. The meeting was chaired by Chief Spokesperson, N Kakuto Chishi and attended by State Vice President, Eduzu Theluo, State Spokespersons, and members from the State IT, Social Media, and Print Media wings.

The key focus of the meeting was to strengthen the party’s outreach efforts and highlight the vital role of the media in disseminating accurate, credible, and constructive information. Emphasizing the BJP’s commitment to the Northeast, particularly Nagaland, the team reiterated that the party, as the largest democratic national party, always pay equal attention to all the regions and community alike.

Highlighting the progress achieved under the Central Government’s initiatives, the Media Cell noted that despite Nagaland’s limited financial resources, central interventions have significantly contributed to the state’s welfare through various schemes and infrastructure development projects. The team expressed pride in actively participating in this transformative journey.

The meeting also called upon the public to dispel any misconceptions or misinterpretations surrounding the party’s principles. As a coalition partner with the NDPP, the BJP has brought a unique blend of true regionalism with a nationalistic outlook, ensuring the aspirations of the people are met with respect and resolve.

The Media Team lauded the swift and decisive actions of Deputy Chief Minister and Home Minister, Y Patton, law enforcement agencies and CSOs in promptly addressing the influx of illegal immigrants and reinforcing law and order in the state.

It also extended appreciation to BJP National President, JP Nadda and National General Secretary (Org), BL Santhosh for appointing Anil K Antony, a Christian Prabhari to a Christian-majority state—an act seen as a meaningful bridge of understanding and inclusivity.

Stating that the appointment of Benjamin Yepthomi, a humble, straightforward, and dynamic leader, as State President reflects the straits of a deserving leadership in the party, the team further vowed its unflinching support to his versatile leadership expressing full confidence in his visionary and vibrant leadership.

While also congratulating all the six newly appointed State Morcha Heads on their appointments, the team extended best wishes as they take on their responsibilities with renewed commitment and dedication.
