Assistant Professor, Department of Law, Nagaland University, Dr Rumi Dhar received the Best Paper Presentation at the 1st Asia Pacific Conference on Engineering, Education, Social Science and Humanities (APCEESH 2025) held in Bangkok, Thailand during December 15 to 16.

From among the international participants, Dr. Dhar’s research paper titled “Regulation of Transborder Data Flows under Data Protection and Privacy Law: Past, Present and Future” co-authored with Miss Sonia Nath was selected for the recognition.

The achievement reflects the authors’ unwavering commitment to meaningful legal research and academic discourse.
