Advisor for Technical Education and Election, Medo Yhokha launched the promotional video of the 9th Nagaland Spelling Bee Championship,2022 today here at Vivid Lounge, Kohima.
Launching the promotional video, Advisor Medo Yhokha lauded the initiative and the endeavours taken up by the Fountain club, especially in creating awareness on various issue and activities and also providing appropriate platforms for the student community and the younger generation.
“Ever since the presentation and staging of the Nagaland spelling championship which is definitely academic and literary base oriented. The platform provided to the student community definitely has gone a long way in harnessing, upgrading the skills and talents of the student community”, said Yhokha. Adding, that through this platform the student community are being exposed and made to explore the vast expansive reach and resources of the literary world.
Conveying his best wishes for the 9th edition, Yhokha asserted hope and believe that the event will go a long way in facilitating the students to excel proficiently.
The Fountain Club Kohima in collaboration with the State Council for Educational Research & Training (SCERT), Government of Nagaland is organizing the 9th Nagaland Spelling Bee Championship 2022 under the theme, ‘ The Learning Edge’.
The total prize money is Rs.1,59,000 along with citations and trophies. The Championship will be on the 13 and 14 October 2022 at Regional Centre of Excellence for Music & Performing Arts (RCEMPA), Jotsoma
Maximum of two students from class 6 to 9 per educational School / Institute will be eligible to participate.
