Home Commissioner, Abhijit Sinha, IAS has informed that the State level function for the celebration of the 75th Independence Day shall be held at Nagaland Civil Secretariat Plaza on 15 August 2022. All the Officers and Staff of the Nagaland Civil Secretariat are directed to attend the programme positively. The staff may use the Secretariat buses, which will start from their respective pick-up points at 8 AM. Further, they have also been directed to attend the evening celebration at the Secretariat Plaza.
All Administrative Heads of Departments have been requested to make arrangements for taking the attendance of their respective staff present in the function and to submit the attendance sheet to the Home Department, Secretariat for necessary action. The supervisor will take attendance of the Grade IV staff of the Nagaland Civil Secretariat.
The Independence Day programme shall be attended compulsorily by all the officers and staff of the following Directorates located around the vicinity of Nagaland Secretariat Complex: DUDA, Economics & Statistics, Health & Family Welfare, Higher and Technical Education, Horticulture, IDAN, Information & Public Relations, Land Resources, Public Health Engineering, Rural Development, Sericulture, Social Welfare, Treasuries & Accounts, Urban Development, and Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Services.
All the concerned Heads of Departments may make arrangements for taking the attendance of their respective staff present in the function and submit the attendance sheet to the Home Commissioner’s Office for necessary action.
