Delivering the gratitude speech, Proprietor Khrielievi Chüsi expressed appreciation to all supporters and well-wishers. He shared that the idea of starting the laundry service stemmed from Kohima’s unique seasonal challenges — water scarcity during the dry season and difficulty in drying clothes during the rainy season. He stated that these conditions make Kohima an ideal place for professional laundry services.
Chüsi informed that the laundry is equipped with advanced machines imported from Germany, including a high-capacity washer capable of washing up to ten blankets at a time. He added that the pricing system is automatically monitored through a computerized setup to ensure accuracy and transparency.
Speaking on behalf of customers, Rebeka Walim described the initiative as a timely and much-needed service in Kohima. She noted that managing laundry at home can be stressful, particularly with water scarcity and during winter when handling heavy clothes and blankets becomes difficult. She expressed happiness that such a facility has opened in the locality and hoped that Bubble Bliss would maintain quality service and customer satisfaction.
She also remarked that while traditional clothes are often considered risky to give for laundry, having a reliable service nearby is a welcome development, especially for mothers and working women.
The programme was chaired by Aben Belho, while the dedicatory prayer was offered by Vimegokho Chüsi, Pastor of MHBC.
