Chiephobozou reviews progress of Census 2027 House Listing operations

The Census 2027 Weekly Review Meeting for Chiephobozou Sub-Division was held on July 23 in the office Chamber of ADC, Chiephobozou.

The review meeting was chaired by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Chiephobozou, Vekusheyi Rhakho, NCS. He appreciated the efforts put in by the enumerators, Supervisors, field trainers and Charge Officers and instructed all functionaries to complete the HLO works as per the given timeline.

In the review meeting, the progress of the ongoing HLO works for all Supervisory Circles and HLBs were reviewed in detail for all the 3 Charges in the Sub-Division. The meeting was attended by Census Charge Officer for Botsa and EAC Kohima, Ane Khieya, Urban (Town) Charge Officer for Chiephobozou and EAC Chiephobozou, Viketoulie Meth. Field Trainers, Alemsongla Jamir, Ruthla Sangtam, all the Supervisors, Technical Assistant and other census functionaries were also present during the meeting.

The Chair informed that the next Review meeting will be held on 29th July 2026 and all the Charge Officers, Field Trainers, Supervisors and Enumerators are requested to attend without fail.

Jakhama:

A review meeting on the ongoing Phase-I House Listing and Housing Census under the Census of India 2027 was held at the Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Jakhama, on July 24. The meeting was chaired by SDO (Civil), Jakhama, Vineikho Tetso, NCS.

Chairing the meeting, the SDO reviewed the progress of the house listing and housing census activities under Jakhama Sub-Division and appreciated the efforts of all officials involved in the exercise. He urged the field functionaries to maintain accuracy, ensure timely completion of the remaining work, and strictly adhere to the census guidelines.

During the meeting, officials informed that around 90 percent of the Phase-I House Listing and Housing Census work has been completed in the sub-division. The remaining work is expected to be completed within the stipulated timeline. The meeting was attended by census officials, supervisors and other officials associated with the Census 2027 exercise.
