The Japukong Students’ Conference (JKM) observed Teachers’ Day by honouring 20 teachers from government and private schools across the Japukong range for their dedication, sacrifice and commitment to the teaching profession.

Extending Teachers’ Day greetings to educators across the range, the JKM acknowledged that the role of teachers extends far beyond the classroom, with their guidance, encouragement and efforts in nurturing students leaving a lasting impact on individuals and society.

As part of its appreciation initiative, the Conference presented a small token of appreciation to teaching and non-teaching staff in schools across the Japukong range.

The JKM also conferred its Best Teacher Award on one teacher from each participating school. A total of 20 teachers were selected and presented certificates during Teachers’ Day celebrations held at their respective schools.
