MGM College took a significant step toward empowering its students by organizing a high-impact Orientation and Campus Recruitment Drive under the Training, Placement, and Career Guidance Cell.
This initiative aimed to bridge the gap between academia and the corporate world, offering final-year students career-defining opportunities, informed a press release by the College.
The recruitment drive saw enthusiastic participation from 6th-semester students, members of the Training, Placement, and Career Guidance Committee, and representatives from the Goan Institute International Consociation of Education (GICE). The event commenced with a formal welcome address, setting the tone for a day of career exploration. Yaden, a representative from GICE, led an in-depth session, providing students with a clear understanding of job roles, expectations, qualifications, and career pathways.

She outlined critical details, including job designation, work nature, employment type, qualifications, candidate profile, job location, joining dates, and salary packages. Furthermore, she meticulously explained the interview process, equipping students with the necessary insights to navigate recruitment successfully.
