Morning Procession under Har Ghar Tiranga held at Noklak

Noklak: Har Ghar Tiranga campaign to invoke the feeling of patriotism and promote awareness about the national flag, states Hiazu Meru, Deputy Comissioner, Noklak

Prabhat Pheris (morning processing/walk) under the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign was conducted at Noklak town on 8th August 2022.

During the short programme, Deputy Commissioner, Noklak, Hiazu Meru stated that the ‘Har Ghar Tiranga’ campaign under the aegis of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav was held to invoke the feeling of patriotism in the hearts of the people and to promote awareness about the national flag of India.  Further, Hiazu Meru urged the people to hoist the national flag at their residences from 13th to 15th of August 2022 to mark 75 years of Indian Independence.

The morning procession was led by DC Noklak, Hiazu Meru himself, and EAC Noklak, Kathyinla. Representatives from all the wards of Noklak town, teachers and students from Government Higher Secondary School, Noklak took part in the morning walk. The procession started from Welcome Gate (Tuensang road) and culminated at the DC office complex, Noklak where a short programme was held.
