MSME PCI office launched in Shamator

The official launch event for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Promotion Council of India (MSME PCI) office was held at the Cultural Hall in Shamator town on Thursday, March 20, 2025.

Lanuakum Jamir, State Chairman of MSME PCI, addressed the gathering, emphasizing that MSMEs are the backbone of the nation’s industrial and economic structure. He highlighted that establishment of the new office marks a significant step in supporting these enterprises with the necessary resources, guidance, and growth opportunities. This initiative will also broaden the reach of MSME PCI and strengthen its services, ensuring that entrepreneurs and small businesses across the region continue to benefit from its support. Jamir assured that MSME PCI will collaborate with the Government of Nagaland to provide the required assistance and encouraged the youth to explore small-scale business opportunities for gradual growth.

In his congratulatory speech, Bodi Kapfo SDO © from the District Administration of Shamator, expressed full support for the newly launched MSME PCI office and assured assistance in every possible way.

Devdoot Mahapatra, Deputy Branch Manager of the State Bank of India (SBI) in Shamator, also extended his congratulations and underscored the importance of promoting enterprises through a partnership with MSME PCI.

The event was chaired by Tharila, Vice Chairman of MSME PCI, Shamator, while Mujongmong S Tikhir, Chairman of MSME PCI, Shamator District, delivered the welcome address.
