A Multi-Purpose Hall at GHS Japan Riba Chozuba was inaugurated on April 15 by Razouseyi Vese,  Director School Education Nagaland as Special Guest. He was accompanied by Ruyosuyi Khusoh Jt Director, Vizolie Chucha Jt Director,  Khreikethozo Nodal Officer MDM, Elo State Coordinator MDM.

Vese appreciated the five village communities including Chozuba, Runguzu, Runguzu Nasa, Khusomi & Chozu Basa for coming forward for funding and construction of multi-Purpose Hall for the students of GHS Japan Riba Chozuba. He encouraged the community leaders and parents to make the best use of the facilities provided by the Government like MDM, Free Textbook, Free Uniform etc.

Addressing the gathering on the importance of education, Vese noted that the root of education is bitter yet the fruit is sweet. He challenged the community to continue their support for development of the school and assured that the department will also give their best.

The function was chaired by AHM GHS Japan Riba  while welcome address was delivered by Thupuveyi Shijoh. Rev Vesavo Shijoh, Convenor Construction committee presented a brief report and expressed special appreciation to all well-wishers including Kudecho Khamo, MLA & Advisor CAWD Nagaland for generous contribution toward the construction. The vote of thanks was proposed by Rusangoyi Medeo, VDB Secy Khusomi Village. Special presentations included choral presentation, drill display and dance performances.
