The Nagaland Bhojpuri Samaj (NBS) has extended humanitarian assistance to families and students affected by the recent floods and landslides in Mon district by dispatching essential relief materials through the Konyak Union Dimapur.
Organised under the Mon District Flood & Landslide Relief Drive, the initiative witnessed members of the Bhojpuri Samaj coming together to provide direct support to those impacted by the disaster. The relief materials included essential household items such as mattresses, bedsheets and mosquito nets, along with educational supplies including notebooks, pencils, pens and pencil boxes to help students continue their studies. Food items, including biscuit cartons, were also distributed as part of the relief effort.

Expressing gratitude to all contributors, the Nagaland Bhojpuri Samaj said the community’s collective support has brought comfort, safety and hope to affected families during a difficult time.
The organisation also appealed to its members and well-wishers to continue contributing towards the ongoing relief and rehabilitation efforts, stating that every additional donation of essential items would make a meaningful difference in the lives of those recovering from the disaster.
Reaffirming its commitment to humanitarian service, the Samaj said the initiative reflected the spirit of compassion, unity and solidarity with the people of Mon during one of their most challenging times.
