Along with the rest of Nation, the Noklak District Athletics Association (NDAA) will be celebrating the National Javelin Day on August 7. The annual event is organised by the NDAA in collaboration with Nagaland Athletics Association (NAA) & Athletics Federation of India (AFI) to commemorate India’s first Olympic Gold Medal in Athletics that was won by Neeraj Chopra during Tokyo Olympics 2020.

“The NDAA will mark the occasion with Javelin throw competition for U-12, U-14 & U-16 (Boys & Girls) with attractive prizes and participating Certificate. The competition will be held at Noklak Public Ground from 09AM onwards,” informed a press by the NDAA.
