Nagaland State Legal Services Authority (NSLSA) in collaboration with Dimapur District Legal Services Authority and District Administration, Niuland organized Mini Legal Services Camp at Niuland town today.

The program started off with invocation by Kiyevi Zhimomi, Asst Pastor, Sumi Baptist Church, Niuland.

Neiko Akami, NJS, Member Secretary, NSLSA while delivering Keynote Address shared about the legal services provided in different categories that the last man should not be left out for want of legal services and request the beneficiaries to avail the different schemes for which the purpose of the legal services organised mini legal camp for the district.

Deputy Commissioner of Niuland, TL Kiusumong Tikhir, NCS, while appreciating the NSLSA in delivering the various legal services, and also encouraging the beneficiaries and the weaker and the most vulnerable society to get access to the legal services. He also stated that the District Administration assures any support for such schemes, awareness programs in the days to come.

Welcome Address was shared by N Longshithung Ezung, NJS, PDSJ cum Chairman, Dimapur DLSA, and Atoka Achumi, NJS, CJM cum Secretary, Dimapur DLSA gave vote of thanks.

Thiuswangwiliu, PL, Dimapur DLSA chaired the programme.  NSLSA Theme Song was presented by Kivitoli Aye and Co.

During the daylong camp, over 259 beneficiaries were recorded through the different schemes and entitlements provided.

Aadhar registration, DC Office Nuiland, ST & Indigenous registration, DC Office Nuiland, Social Welfare Department, Chief Medical Office, Nuiland, Statistical department, Forest Department, Agri Department, Fishery Department, Labour department, transport department, Hprti, SBI, DCPU among others provided services to the masses.
