Nagaland University’s Prof. Thiyam Kiran Singh received the ‘InSPA – Prof Ishikawa Michiko School Psychology Award 2024’ from Dr. L. Murugan, Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting on 24th October 2024 during the 14th InSPA International Conference held at the Department of Applied Psychology, Central University Tamil Nadu, Thiruvarur.

Prof. Thiyam is the Head of Department of Psychology, Nagaland University. The Governing Council of the Indian School Psychology Association (InSPA) honoured Prof. Thiyam with the award for his valuable services and contribution to School Psychology Services. It may be mentioned that the award was instituted by Prof. Ishikawa Michiko of Japan.
