Goa faced early pressure in the 1st Session, losing two wickets to reach 33/2 in 21 overs. The guests recovered post lunch with steady partnerships, progressing to 65/2 in 39 overs. In the 2nd session, Nagaland regained control with disciplined bowling, reducing Goa to 121/4 in 70 overs by tea.
