Rest House Ward, in collaboration with YouthNet, conducted a cleanliness drive at a school compound on September 22 as part of the ongoing campaign “Our School, Our Responsibility.”

The 17-day campaign, being carried out from September 15 to October 2, is led by the Mantra4Change Youth Leadership Collective under Shikshagraha, in collaboration with YouthNet. The campaign connects important occasions from the International Day of Democracy to Gandhi Jayanti and Swachh Bharat Diwas.

During the cleanliness drive, youths from Rest House Ward took part in cleaning the school compound and surrounding areas. The activity focused on promoting cleanliness, responsibility and active participation among young people.

The initiative highlights the importance of keeping schools clean and creating a healthy and welcoming environment for students. It also encourages the community to take shared responsibility for public spaces, especially educational institutions.

Through such community-led activities, the campaign aims to encourage young people to become responsible citizens and contribute to positive change in their communities.
