An awareness campaign on the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the Electoral Roll was held at the Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer (Civil), Jakhama, Kohima on August 13. The meeting was chaired by the SDO (C), Jakhama, Vineikho Tetso.

The campaign was conducted to create awareness and ensure active participation in the Special Intensive Revision of the Electoral Roll. During the meeting SDO emphasised the importance of public participation and cooperation for the smooth and effective revision of the Electoral Roll.

Representatives from villages under the 14 Southern Angami-I Assembly Constituency, civil society organisations and political parties attended the programme.
