The Western Angami G.B Union has expressed shock and condemned the incident that occurred on May 18 in the heart of Kohima town, which cost the life of Kezhalelie Lawrence Miasalhou, Political Assistant to DC Kohima.

“This incident has not only brought shame to Angami people but also lost a great leader. The Union vehemently condemns the inhuman act caused by two youth namely, Mr. Neizosetuo Kire and Khrietsonyu Whuorie,” stated the condemnation note issued by WAGBU Vice President Kevilesie Nagi and Secretary Vizokhrielie Seyie.

The Union extended Its utmost support and appealed the law enforcing agencies to expedite the investigation and deliver justice to the victim and his family at the earliest.
